It should not need saying, but no person who fans the flames of insurrection and attacks their own Capitol building, legislators, Vice President, and Capitol Police officers is in any way qualified to be the President of the United States.

This is a simple thing to keep in mind.

Kamala Harris was one of the nation’s most accomplished citizens even before becoming Vice President. She was a prosecutor. You simply cannot get anyone better qualified to maintain public safety. In addition, she clearly and consistently focuses her support on the regular people working every day in America’s middle class.

Harris also steadfastly supports the basic human right of women to choose what happens inside their own bodies. She firmly supports the personal and often medical choice to have an abortion. Her opponent saw fit to place anti-abortion judges all over the federal court system, including the Justices of the Supreme Court who immediately did what they were placed there to do: they eliminated the protections of Roe v Wade. So women all over the country now are being chased and treated as criminals for making a very basic and private decision about what is inside their own bodies.

As Harris’s running mate, Tim Walz, says about these anti-abortionists: ‘Mind your own damn business!’

Trump wants to be a dictator. That’s why he likes other dictators. That’s why he enjoyed the attack on the Capitol building and Congress.

Remember, half the jury that convicted Trump on 34 separate charges was Republican. That means that not a single Trump supporter on the jury saw fit to say he was not guilty on at least 1 of the 34 charges. They all said he was guilty straight down the line.

That’s huge.

Harris wants to be President. A real president. An honorable President. A capable President. An intelligent President.

That’s the difference.
