We Started:
Since
1995, Candlelight Stories has been offering educational
entertainment for viewers of all ages. Begun as a small web
site with one illustrated story by the site's founder for
his daughter, Candlelight Stories was quickly recognized
by USA Today as a prime destination for families. The site
grew rapidly and built a loyal audience of families, teachers,
writers and artists in the U.S., Canada, England, Australia, China,
and India.

offers the leading independent kids’ site on the Internet. Though our site is not designed solely for kids, we try to make it as kid-friendly as possible by not requiring the collection of any personal information to play our games or enter contests.

addition to publishing online children's stories and ebooks,
we produce our own line of high-quality children's audio
programs that present classics like 'Snow White' and 'Puss
In Boots' with voice characterizations, music and sound
effects. We also produce games and activities
for kids.
The
site is currently in use at schools and libraries across
the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and England.
